Bone Broth Collagen – Powder:
Take 1 tablespoon (5 g) twice daily (10 g total).
The powder has a neutral taste and provides 25 daily servings per container.
Can be mixed into smoothies, juices, soups, stews, and both sweet and savory dishes.
Due to the natural hyaluronic acid content, the powder may clump. Stir or blend thoroughly.
Can withstand high heat during cooking.
Bone Broth Collagen – Capsules:
Take 6 capsules once daily, or 3 capsules twice daily with water.
